Range of application
These products are applied as connection cables for electric instrumentations with AC rated voltage up to and including 450/750V and transmission lines for automatic control systems. Compared with normal plastic insulated control cables, fluorine plastic insulated cables are more temperature resistant, also they are oil resistant, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosive gas resistant, ageing resistant and inflammable. They are mainly used in metallurgy, electrical power, petrochemical and other industries which have special requirements of movable heat resistant occasions.

1、AC rated voltage: Uo/U为450/750V
2、Long-term working temperature allowable for Fluorine plastic outer sheathed cable: 200℃PVC outer sheathed cable: 105℃Silicone rubber outer sheathed cable: 180℃
3、Insulation temperature should be not below:0℃ for PVC outer sheathed cable-20℃ for silicone outer rubber sheathed cable-20℃ for fluorine plastic sheathed cable
4、Minimum ambient temperature
  -40℃ for fixed installation of PVC sheathed cable and -15℃ for unfixed installation
  -60℃ for fixed installation of silicone rubber sheathed cable -20℃ for unfixed installation
  -60℃ for fixed installation of fluorine plastic sheathed cable -20℃ for unfixed installation
5、Allowable bending radius
  For non-armored cables, should not be less than 6 times of cable out diameter.
  For armored cable or cable with copper tape screened, should not be less than 12 times of cable outer diameter
  For flexible screened cables, should not be less than 6 times of cable outer diameter
